Since 2006, he has worked across industries and continents, guiding leaders and teams toward grounded, resilient leadership.
Former faculty at IMD, Thunderbird, Aalto, and HEC Paris, he has served clients including ExxonMobil, Nestlé, Adidas, Toyota, and Roche.
David speaks English and French, and brings a global, trauma-informed lens to every interaction.

The operational backbone of Experiential Learning. Lise handles sales, marketing, logistics, and administration with precision and heart.
With a strong entrepreneurial background and a love for adventure, she brings mountain-tested resilience to everything she does. A firm believer that performance begins with self-worth and meaning, Lise supports the structures that let transformation flourish.
She speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently.
